I know it like the pros and cons for both. instants home back yard you can grow flowers and fruits and vegetables. in.but condo most of the time with beautiful scenery and someone to cut grass terrace is actually a good design.
It depends on lifestyle and spending much of you as you want. If you spend really busy and did not need to worry about landscaping or anything like that condo is probably your best bet. Were outrageous for the condo. If you want long Long-term investments you can make your own home I would say. It depends on how long you want to wait before you sell it again and your lifestyle.
